Yoga has emerged as one of the most common ways which people
have adopted in order to find harmony the way they live. Yoga isn’t just about

the tedious poses, it is mandatory to calm and relax all the muscles of the

way. The chanting of Aum while in Shavasana will bring positive vibrations in
the body and this is nothing but meditational.
